I have a baby pigeon who is only 2 or 3 days old but for some reason when I went to check on it, it seemed to have been pushed away from the nest. The parents were near it but it was as if they kicked it out and were getting ready to lay more eggs because they were sitting at the nest but the baby was out. Is this normal? What does this mean?

Parent usually do not lay more eggs that soon. When things are going full swing breeding, the hen will usually wait about 20 days or longer. At that time, the male continues feeding the squab, until weaned at about 4 weeks or more.
Are your pigeon nests in a container bowl??? or is the nest just a flat area with some sticks and hay twigs layed down.
If you can,,,,,,,,, see if you are able to move the lil pigeon closer to the parent. The parent may take the baby under wing for warmth comfort.
WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and:welcome

If I were in your situation, I would place that baby back under the parent. Raising a baby pigeon is a lot more involved compared to Baby Chick. The pigeon needs to be fed crop milk for the first 10 days or so, and then gets regurgitated seeds from parent along with the less available crop milk at that time.
If you are equipped and willing to hand feed the lil squab, then I wish you the most success. You do need to have the correct feed, and time, and also provide warm brooding environment for the lil one.

That's what I was worried about. I had taken a pigeon into my care before but I think it was way older than this one so it didn't require crop milk anymore, and I had done some research on crop milk replacement but it seems like it requires a lot of ingredients. Just in case, what should I do if the parents keep "kicking" it out or more scabs appear on it?

Maybe the scabs were caused by other pigeons, rather than the parents. That is usually the case. Is there another squab or two under the parents at this time??? Are these parents, first timers inexperienced?.
Try your best to get junior under parent. Since I assume it is not very cold, where your loft is, maybe lil one just close to parent will be fine.:idunno
Most important is of course being fed by parent.
If you suspect another pigeon was doing the injury, then you may consider placing some type of barrier to contain and protect the parent and lil one.
