Thank you all,
I have been consistently discouraging it from my yard. Not to say anything bad would not happen. If I see him I shine my strong flashlight in his eyes until he heads out of Dodge so to speak.
Not to think that he doesn't come back afterward.
It has been interesting the responses.
I haven't seen him for a couple of weeks. Neighbors have chickens too so maybe he got caught or "disposed of" by them.
