Fed baby pekin ducks nothing but chick grit by mistake some started to die I fixed the food problem will the others recover

It depends on how malnurished they are? chick grit has no food value, it is made of granite. How long did they go without food?

How long have they been eating just the grit? How are they doing now that they are on the proper food? If they are in bad shape and/or are suffering then culling them might be the most humane thing to do.
