Baby quail chick can’t stand up!

They didnt make it. Im heart broken. I did everything my research told me to. I made sure they were on a non slippery surface. I fed them crumbled up game feed. I sprinkled it all over their cage. Then I even made them a hardboiled egg and mashed that up. I gave them water out of a top for those 2oz. cups. But as time went on, they couldnt move around as well. They kept flipping on their backs. I tried dipping their beaks in the water to no avail. Now Im really nervous because I have more eggs due to hatch in 10 days. What should I do differently? How do you get them to eat and drink? They are just so tiny! Any help would be great! Thanks everyone.

Were they warm enough? Did you blend up the feed to make it small enough? Humildity? I’m so sorry for your loss
