my other way post has NO RESPONSES I can't believe nobody helped me! My baby quails are dieing and I need help here are the problems....

one looked like it had pipped but was a crack I wanted to help but I looks like I've killed it

I can't have a heat lamp on my hatched one I do have a brinsea heater I'm try to use but It doesn't go low enough for a baby quail I'm just using body heat at this point

The third egg hasn't even pipped yet and I'm worried it won't make it

The last one is absolutely fine and is on its way to the unzipping process

Please help them live respond if nobody else will thank you

If you are using a Brinsea Ecoglow 20, it has three height adjustments, you should be able to get it low enough for quail, video here, starts at about 3:12 in:
If you are using an Ecoglow 50 the legs are adjustable the entire length as they are threaded, so adjustable the entire length of the legs.
I'm not qualified to help you with quail hatching questions.

It's a ecoglow but not a fifty it's only three sizes
