I’m a bit concerned my quail keeps shaking its head and opening its mouth , I’ve given it some respiratory liquid and mixed it with water as apparently could be quail bronchitis

I wouldn't jump to respiratory issue conclusions unless it is also whistling and/or sneezing as well.

Can you post a video to YouTube or something and then post the link here?
How old is your quail?
How many do you have?
What are you feeding it?
What does its poop look like?
What is its home like?
How much space do they have?

Do you have the nutrition information on the nutrient crumb?
Do they have a warm end and a cool end to their brooder?

They look newly hatched, so unless there was something cultivating in the incubator or brooder, it's not likely to be disease. It is possible that there is something wrong internally, or it might just recover and be fine.

They are both doing the open mouth thing but they have stuff in their water now like Respiratory medicine

Well, you sound pretty sure it's a respiratory issue, so I hope they respond and do well.

If you are looking for anything else, we can probably help you better if you give us more information.

I’m doing everything I’m supposed to one just keeps shaking its head and opening its mouth , then the other opens its mouth wide for a few seconds and stretches its neck out
