Are baby Quails(chicks) the same as chicken babies

They are a lot smaller, like the size of a coin

smaller, faster, more fragile and different food requirements. They also grow way faster than chickens. coturnix quail are full grown in 6 weeks as compared to 5 months for most chickens. But they are way cuter than chickens, in my opinion
