I have a 8-week old showgirl pullet. She was doing great, then became lethargic, and just curls up in the corner of their mini coop while her sisters is running wild. Poop is ok, balance is good, eating this morning, and drinking, but very lethargic now, and wouldn't open her eyes almost as if she couldn't stay awake. She had goopy eyes a few weeks ago, so I took a warm cloth and wiped her eyes, it is warm out, so I ran some cool water over her feet, and now she is just wrapped up in a towel like a little lump....She feels SUPER warm to the touch....I know chickens can run fevers, but here in FL it is so hot as it is , it's hard to tell. No sneezing, no apparent respiratory issues, just not sure what else to do for/with her at this point.

Please post photos of the chick, her poop and her stance.

Does she still have goopy eyes?

I'd be inclined to treat for Coccidiosis.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.
