baby turkey acting odd

okay so my family has this ranch about an hour from out home, and they bought these 3 baby turkeys about a month ago (I don't know their genders) anyways, one of them (the smallest one) has one of it's eyes closed, thought it was strange so I took a closer look (since they are in this huge bird area in my house) I say that the turkey has red near it's beak/eye as if maybe the other two are picking at him. he's also lifting his head up and opening it's mouth...

When I got closer to him to try and give it some water, he had energy to run away from me. lol... I'm not an animal person, I have no idea what's going on

! Pleased you joined us! Young turkeys always seem temperamental when it come to heath. Sounds like it could indeed be being picked on. You might want to post in the threads below for more advice. Good luck to you!
