Baby turkey chicks

I have 2 approx 5 day old poults hopefully male and female, 1 picks on the other one to the point there is blood. I put two pingpong balls in the box to distract them it worked for about5 minutes. Should I seperate them? I have chickens these are my first turkeys...any feedback would be appreciated, thanks
