Baby turkey won't lift its head

Hello I have a baby turkey that hatched this morning and it won't lift its head I know it can because it has but I am afraid it won't make it it moves around a bit but it won't lift its head and it also won't open its eyes did it hatch to early or what? Thanks in advance what can I do for him

I gave it some electrolodes from some power raid it's the same thing as Gatorade but it has a little more flavor but anyways I had it in the brooder with e other and it seemed to be up and moving more it had its eyes open and it was able to lift its head up and didn't just let it flop when u pick him up so I will see here in a bit how it's doing.
