Can I use to clean feet and hair on baby chickens

Yes, you can use baby wipes to wipe poop from their feet. If they are getting a lot of buildup on the feet, change their bedding more often.

If their down or feathers have gotten poop caked on them and they need to quick wipe, you can use a baby wipe, but generally chick's feathers don't need cleaning.

Provide them with a container of dirt and they will take a dust bath and clean their own feathers
