Baby Yellow Duck Not Growing! HELP

Hello! I am new to raising ducklings and I need help identifying if this is an issue or not. One of my small ducklings, hatched about a week ago, is not growing as fast as the others. His (or her LOL) body is not as fuzzy as everyone else's and I'm just a worrier by nature. Here are some pictures I took after some time in the water- is it something I should be concerned about?

Is it eating, drinking and pooping? And how much is the size difference? Can you post a picture of your duckling when dried up together with the others?

I think she has plenty of fluff, it just looks like she's cold. What's the temperature in their brooder, could you give us some more info about your setup, and the duckling in question?

Some members are thinking they can put young ducklings right into cold water and that is a big no no they need to be in warm water just like they need a warm brooder. They can’t regulate their body temps when they are only wearing down. What are the temps in your brooder and what are you feeding your ducks. Please post picks of this little one with your other ducklings in their brooder.
