Back to basics - simple little farmstead

I live on a small farmstead in the country with rabbits, goats, chickens, a duck, toddlers and a witchy wife. I don't share much but from time to time I feel like sharing new life on the farm and I decided to just focus it mostly here. I'm open to questions as well

For my first post I thought it would be nice to share my first hatch of the year.

Thank you very much, up to 8 chicks and I have two more broody hens sitting, I'm excited to see some new life.

Sounds like a lovely life!

It's a little rough sometimes but I wouldn't trade it for the world

9 chicks hatched . 5 are black with yellow spots, 4 are white with a couple black dots. I'm excited to see what they look like.

More chicks hatching! I'm excited to see these, they are a mix of alll kinds of things. The dad is my main rooster and then 3 different hens that are mixes of orpington, leghorn, silkie easter egger and god knows what else
