Back to chickens again!

What about Easter eggers? I have 2, the same age, and their tails are growing in two different directions. Is that an indicator that they are two different sexes?
For EEs, pink wattles at an early age and then red on the wings. It can be harder to tell because of the not standard comb they can have. Later hackle and saddle feathers will come in too.

Of course crowing is a dead give away!

Welcome to Backyard Chickens:welcome Glad you joined the flock! I have black copper marans and a australorp too! Here is black copper maran that happened to be a rooster, hopes this will just give you a better example of trying to determine the sex of yours.
