Backward walking?

Do you think this could help for a foot infection?
Nutridrench is an oral liquid vitamin supplement.
While it is helpful in providing support to ill birds, it is not a stand-alone treatment for anything.
If you have a bird with bumblefoot or an injury to the foot you should start a thread about that or do a search.
There’s loads of info about bumblefoot treatments here and on the Internet.

Makes since she has just started laying her first egg, 2-3 weeks ago.

Would sunflower seeds be great along with some molasses water? Or would it be better to just get the nutridrentch, tractor supply?, and feed it to the whole flock?

I would start with the PND. You can also give her a dose of human Vit E and some selenium as suggested by an other poster. Nick the Vit E cap open, crush up a bit of selenium. Put both in a piece of bread and give it to her. I'd treat her daily for a week, then several times/week. This should clear her up. Then, treat on an as needed basis.

Check the mill date of your feed. If it's more than 6 weeks old, the feed could be depleted of vitamins. Or it could be formulated wrong, or she may simply have a problem with metabolizing her nutrients, and need more nutritional support.

I got some nurtodrentch? That’s PND right? And I got some electro lights. It had some vitamins and minerals too.

Yes, you bought the right thing. Good stuff.

You can use the electrolytes as a 1 time thing. And they can be helpful in severe heat or stress situations. But, I recommend that, IF you give electrolytes, you also provide fresh plain water. Electrolytes given too often can mess up the blood chemistry. I am also too much of a tight wad to spend money on the electrolyte packets. Primary ingredients are sugar, baking soda and salt. But, if you have the packets... no harm in one time use.
