So I bought 6 chicks at 1.99 per chick and my grandpa thinks that's BC they were all 1.99 they are all roosters. Is this true?

Do you know what they were sold as? Other wise there is no way to know, chicks sexed as males are usually cheaper than the females, but sometimes the feed stores have sales, especially when they are getting in a new batch of chicks and want to sell the remaining ones, you can get even pullet chicks for one or two dollars.

All I know is it was chick day at tractor supply and it said tthey will lay large to x large eggs. But my gpa is sure there roosters.

The Feed and Tractor Supply companies here sell chicks for $3 and up. I guess you'll just have to wait and see. It'll be like Christmas, all over again. =) Hoping g'pa is wrong (this time) and that you have hens.
