Backyard Chickens Allowed!!! Just passed last night!!!

Our city has had the third and final reading of the ordinance to allow upto 6 hens!!! IT was a long process, about, 18 months. It will be so exciting to start the new adventure!! I homeschool and think this is an awesome opportunity for the kids! The city will start issueing permits next Monday the 30th!! Our coop needs a few finishing touches and we will be ready to get our chickens on Monday!!! Here is the thread to check out our coop!!
