I was very happy to see that we can have up to 10 chickens in Nampa city limits now! I have had more than three hens for years now, and we have not had any problems or complaints. (Although we do give our neighbors some fresh eggs) [IMG]

What I would like to know, is if horses are allowed in city limits. Not just miniature horses, but larger ones as well. I have searched and googled and cannot seem to find any answers to my questions. Does anyone have some suggestions? Thanks!

You can generally find a link to city ordinances on your city's website.

Check your zoning code, and the permitted uses. Generally horses and over livestock require considerably more land than the typical lot, but if your have an acre or more, there is a fair chance.
