I want to tell a funny fake egg story, just allow me to type it up

So, the chickens weren't laying in their nesting box (UGH), and so we bought a fake egg! We bought it at the feed store and it worked relatively well. Then one fateful day... a crow decided to do us a favor and clean the yard of an egg. But of all the eggs it could have taken, it took the fake egg. Well, darn you crow! You just wasted me a few perfectly good bucks. The next day as we went out to collect eggs that were hopefully in the nesting box, guess what we found in there? That's right: The fake egg had been returned. And it had a crow feather stuck to it.

Guess the crow couldn't figure out how to open it
Oh well, it was a nice gentleman (or lady) crow and returned it. Right where it got it. In the nesting box and everything.
