On August 11,2014 at 7:00pm at the Swanton Village Municipal Complex the people of Swanton will be making a proposal for the legalization of backyard hens. This proposal will allow the citizens of the village to raise hens in compliance with village code. We invite you to join us in this movement towards more organic living.
