We raise cornish in the colors of white, dark, and blue laced red. Some of our birds are bred to the standard while most are just bred to out perform the rest as a backyard sustainable flock. With growth rates second to only cornish rock cross birds but the egg laying ability and longivity advantage... these birds are a no brainer

For more questions about these birds feel free to ask. I've raised these birds for 6 generations so I feel confident in their abilities.

Dressed out and hanging 6 to 8 pounds. Feathers and all live these dudes are 10 to 14 at that age. 14 pounds mature
 
I am interested in raising Cornish pure bred chickens for meat birds! Do they produce a decent breast size? How is their temperament? Is the dresses our and hanging weight listed above for pure bred Cornish?
