Bad back hen

I know this is from over mating. But I removed this hen from my roo over two months ago and she is still bald. When will her feathers grow back? And is there a way tostop my roo from doing this? He only does it to this hen and one other one. They are my oldest two. I've had the roo and them since a day old. I don't know why it's only these and not the other 9. Did he pick his favorites?

To stop him, either keep them separate or maybe try an apron on both the hens. He might just pick another though
