Bad case of bumblefoot what do I do

Hi this is Romeo his feet are swollen up like potatoes with eyes as the toes he can barely walk what should I do?

I tried soaking his feet it didn't work and we squeezed out all the puss and wrapped it up just like we did with June and it didn't work he can't barely walk
