Bad duck egg?

My daughter ( age 10) got a incubator for her birthday for her little farm. We where given eggs to fill her incubator and we have a questionable duck egg.. adding photos.. . Is it bad? No idea how long it was sitting before we picked it up but it's been in our incubator for almost 2 weeks.

It's dead. At 2 weeks the eggs should be full of life with nice veining. Is the bullseye on the outside or inside of the egg?

A lady gave my daughter eggs to fill her incubator. It was in the bucket of eggs to choose from.
