Bad Luck Bryan Chicken Needs Help

There is some serious lord of the flies bs going on in my chicken coop. I have eight chickens, seven of which have formed a posse whose sole purpose seems to be making the odd-chicken-out's life a living hell. It's gotten to the point where this chicken, henceforth referred to as Bryan, roosts all day for fear of being pecked down in the streets. If he leaves the safety of the coop for too long, the others descend on him like a pack of wolves. I don't know what Bryan did to deserve this kind of treatment. All I know is that something has to be done about. Bryan and I would appreciate any advice you might have.

If he is sick, other chickens can sense it way before you can notice anything wrong with him. I'm not saying he is sick but it's a possibility.

I think the best thing to do would be finding him another home. Or separate him with his own hens for company.
