Bad news with dewormer

Hello..... I asked a few people about deworming my chickens a while back. We moved our chickens to a new site and today I dewormed them, however I think I overdosed them. @dawg53 had told me to get one brand starting with V. However when I thought I had bought one of a smaller quantity, I bought a different brand called safeguard and used the same dosage. I did 1/2 ml per bird using safeguard. I had thought it was a lot when I gave it...

I know I may have overdosed them...but what will it do?
Is there anything I can do to fix it?
Will it cause problems?
