Bad poop??

My White Crested Polish lady, Phyllis (5.5 months old), deposited this. She does free range in the yard part time. Not showing any signs of illness. Is something wrong??

She may be drinking a lot of water making her droppings watery. If you have a regular vet who would perform a fecal float on some collected droppings in a ziploc bag, they could look for worms or coccidiosis.
