just hatched 4 chicks today. 1 looks like his butt exploded andhis insides are coming out... what do i do?

If there are actual intestines coming out you should probably cull it.

If the actual intestines are outside the body, best to euthanize. They can't live that way and the hole will close off, leaving the innards outside the body.
