Bad Roos

I just realized my roos have never tried to flog me, yet I've had roosters
that I didnt raise get aggressive. Is there a possible connection between
incubator hatched roos verses hen hatched and rooster aggression?

Yes and No. Nature vs Nurture.
Chickens raised with little to no human contact should be more weary of you, seeing you as a possible predator. As chickens raised with more human contact are less fearful of humans. There will always an "exception to the rule". Different breeds have different dispositions as well as each individual chicken. You can still get a highly aggressive rooster even with constant human contact.

This is purely my opinion from my experience, and is in short as I have not expressed my opinion completely.
