Bad service???

I called the local hatchery yesterday to make sure they sold indian runner ducklings and they said yes, they did. I went in there today and told the lady that I wanted an indian runner duckling (they have to get it out of the cage for you, which is fine) and she said they didn't sell them. I told her I called yesterday and they said yes and I pointed to the ducklings that obviously looked like indian runners and asked if those were them. She grabbed one and said shed go see if it was and when she came back up she said, yeah I guess it is....So I thought to myself, okay, no big deal. Then she said shed be right back she was going to get it a box and came back and she put the duckling in a bag! THEN I said okay and ill also need some unmedicated chick feed. I specifically asked for unmedicated because I heard medicated feed would kill ducklings. So after I paid I went out to the car and at the end of the street I looked at the bag and it said medicated on it!!!!!!!!!!!! So then I had to turn around and go get the unmedicated..Its not that big of a deal, but seriously!?!?!

So sorry you had such a bad experience!

. As for the feed most modern Medicated feeds are fine for ducklings but I also don't feed as a precaution
