Badly broken & degloved foot

We just cleaned and rebandaged him. He's eating and drinking enough to make some poop. He's been alert. This morning's care took a toll on him - maybe pain? - and he started trembling. That was hard to see.

It's also hard to see, on closer examination, that both of his feet are in fact broken. I washed the other foot, applied antibiotics and splinted it.

I'm feeling less hopeful today about his quality of life.
