BAG BALM?

if u use peroxide mix it w/ water i was told it seems to burn the chickens skin badly, same on dogs.

Since she is sepperated the bag balm will work fine on the wounds. I use that stuff on everything, it has an antibiotic in it too. Remember what it was mede for - chaffed, cracked, bleeding udders. Cows can get pretty messy down there. Works great on cold sores around the mouth area too. Plus it will keep the flies out of the wound untill you can get some blue cote. SWAT would work good too. Is there a product that will keep the others from pecking on her?

Ok, I put the bag balm on her and her skin is not so red and inflammed. I am going to place an order for the anti-pick stuff immediately. Thanks everyone!

Bag Balm was around before most other things we take for granted had been invented. It aint gonna hurt. Ive used it for years.
