Baikal and magellan goose update

What birds would you be interested in?
Ill Pm ya. Also I dont know whats in the other baikal box now. Out of the three hens one is setting and one other does indeed look heavy in the bottom. When it quits raining I will check it all out and up date. That may be a day or two with all the rain expected.

Finally quit raining for a little bit. Cleaned and changed water in all the pens. The one hen is still sitting on 12. And I have 4 eggs in the other box with no stters on that one yet.No fighting out of the 5 as well in the 8x 14 pen. So far so good.

Update Hen is still sitting on her 12 and now 6 eggs in the other box. I should probably have another ground box in there just in case the third one goes to laying. Bad planning there on my part huh?

Thanks yall. I will keep posting pics on their progress. These little buggers are truly eating machines. And to think I was a little worried about getting them eating. No teaching these to eat. I did teach them how to drink the first day. Probably didnt have to do it either but I dip the bills of all babies in the waterer the first day to teach them. It s a habit. They are fed mazuri waterfowl starter. They are very active as most baby teal are. Very vocal when i visit to check on em. At least now I know my both boys are fertile and all three hens can lay. Now just gonna hope those last eggs hatch under my young hen.

Haven't heard about the baikal or magellan success for a while Destin! How many did you end up raising??? DO you want to sell some of them????

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR BYC BUDDIES!!!!
