Baked Mac and Cheese - A side dish?

Late to the party (as per usual), but Mac n Cheese is definitely a main course! The best presentation is to heat up the leftovers the next day, add shredded cheese with a bit of hot sauce, and ranch dressing to balance it all out

It’s so good! It gives you the flavor from the hot sauce, but the ranch cools it down a little so it’s not so spicy

I love BBQ pulled pork! Never tried it in mac though. But I bet it’s good.

I've never actually purposefully mixed them together or anything, but I've had mac and cheese on the side with pulled pork and some of the barbecue sauce always gets on some of the mac. It is actually quite good!
