Bald Butts, why? (pics)

I treated my girl right away and I have had her for about 4 months now and it has not changed the hen house has been checked and treated also and still she is bald. She was like that when I bought her and have never changed I first thought she was shaved or something so I have no clue. She is not sick in any way and my hens are checked frequently for mites in and out of the building because I live in the country. If anyone has a clue I would love to hear more on this.
 
A few of my hens are the same. I think it's a molt. I haven't noticed it as much lately, so I think it will get better? I hope.
 
I had 3 girls who always had bald butts. I occasionally saw a little pecking, but nothing major. Then, one day the queen of the roost died. Two months later the other two had their feathers back. I've had no issues since then.

they are 14 months old and laying very well

these and all chooks inspected for lice or mites. no signs but dusted and coop too any way.....
