Bald Hens and a sick rooster....help

[Chicken Lady]

I have one little chick that the others pick on. Her name is Sweet Pea and the others have pecked her bald on her back.
What can I do to make it stop??
I also have a Rooster, Bob who has neurological problem and can't walk well. The hens have almost eaten him alive. It's horrible what they do to him in no time at all.
Will it ever stop or do I have to make him a new pen?

Dinner is not an option, they are pets!

seperation is the only hope, get the picked chickens away from the peckers, even if it is a cardboard box, smear tar mixture on the wounds, once they heal you might re-introduce them back into the flock carefully but if they see blood they will peck til the brutal end
