A little while ago I noticed a bald spot on my chickens neck and then another chicken had a bald spot a week later. Now almost every chicken has a bald spot only on the neck. Im not sure if it's mites because the baldness is just on the neck and they dust themselves daily.

My one is being plucked!! And others now and then have a spot.BUT one is always perfect...hmmmm?? DO you have a perfect one ? Or culprit i should say..

Try to watch and see if the other hens are picking on them. If you have a rooster that would be the culprit. My rooster grabs the back of their necks, holds, and tries to mount. He's obviously frustrated and not getting much if any though because he's pretty rough (or maybe he's just always going to be rough, he's a buff orpington). I have also seen my hens grab the other hen quickly as a "I'm going to put you in your place" peck.

My rooster is in a different coop and I never see them fighting but every night the ones who have the baldist necks have recently started sitting outside the coop at night.
