Bald patch on one of my chickens

Please help!
One of my chickens has a bald patch on the very front of her,quite low down. Some feathers overlap it, but it is clear that no feathers are developing on this patch. It is very red and swollen, and has small bumps all over it. There is also some redness on the tips of her wings. The other two chickens are fine. I have also recencenty dusted them with mite powder, although I have noticed redness before this. Also this chicken seems to always
have untidy feathers. Thank you for any tips.

I have a chicken with a similar bald patch -- no swelling though. How did this turn out? Hope it was ok!

the swelling has gone down mostly now I am not sure what caused it or why it went away
