bald spots on chicken

I have a chicken that had been pecked by a rooster and had bald spots when I bought her. Its not 6 months later and her feathers have still not grown back. I dont see the other chickens pecking her, and even if they were it would have shown up different than this. Its not a molt, as its been constant for 6 months. Can any one give me advise on how to get her feathers to rejuvinate?

I think if the feather shafts are still there then you have to wait until the next moult, not an expert but that's what happened with ours.

She's got some pin feathers coming in on her breast, watch to see if others aren't plucking them out and eating them.
The feathers on the back are damaged, so those won't be replaced until she molts.
