Bald vent. Goes in and out with breathing.

So. She has a bare back, lost 5 Henson, and she is taking over with the roosters I guess. I have put a saddle on her to prevent more problems on back, but today we noticed he vent is featherless, and moves in and out with her breathing. Shes a bit "mucky" back there, as though she has poo problems as well she acts normal. I have taken her out of the flock for now. Any ideas?I did feel around and there was not anything that felt like an egg in the immediate vent area.

Hi. Do you mean it is "puckering" with breathing or does it actually distend...come out?
