Balding Chick?

I have a smaller flock of chick's currently (Not sure how old, but atleast two weeks) and one chick has some feather loss on her head and down her neck, onto her shoulders and chest.

She's been like this since she was day-old, wondering if there's a cause for it or if she's just got a feather problem? Havent noticed any mites either. She acts like a normal chick besides the baldness and no other chick has the same issue. She's a Black Sex Link.

Thank you! I'll keep a eye on her to see if she gets anymore pin feathers in the places she's balding, but currently she's mostly skin smooth in her bald areas.
