Balding spot...

[Ferret Mom]

We have had our ducklings now since March 5th. They were under a week old when we got them. We noticed this morning that Igor has a spot on his back that is lacking in feathers. What could be the cause of this? He is housed with 1 other duckling. He does groom himself there a lot, and we have not seen any aggression from Clyde. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What are the brooder temps? Looks like too warm of a brooder.

I honestly don't know the temp. But they are in a large ferret play pen, in a bedroom with a heat lamp that I turn off in the day.
