You might want to add more female ducks if its due to mating.I would also check for mites as well.

I've stated a few times it's not from our current drake. She was like this when we got her. How do I look for mites?

My bet would be mites I heard peppermint oil keeps bugs away brush some in little nooks and crannies of the coop but OIL DOES STAIN 90% OF THE TIME!
