Ball on duck foot

Hi, my female blue swedish duck has this ‘ball’ on the bottom of one of her feet. It appeared over night, two days ago. It hasn’t gotten any better and she’s been limping on it. I was wondering what it is and how to treat.

Looks like the start of bumble. I've treated it in chickens but not ducks. I'll tag @Isaac 0 and @sourland and see if they can help you out!
