he is pretty,I am not a snake person,they creep me out,but I am wondering how can you tell a male from a female?

Well, to sex snakes you use a small metal probe, and insert it into their vent. Then you measure how far it slides before stopping. Males probe deeper lengths than females.

I know it sounds terribly uncomfortable, but in the hands of an experienced person, its quite safe and not harmful to the snake.

I would possibly be willing to take a partial trade on this guy for a nice incubator, or something along those lines.
 
I can understand why you would need to be experienced with that..interesting,he is pretty for sure,love the color,but not enough to get one..
