I just love BYC!!! You folks are wonderful!
I had banana trees in the backyard -- had, I said had.
Then my cute little chicks feathered out and got to free range.
They ate my banana trees. All of them. Chomp, chomp -- a done deal. I even put cages around the banana trees.
My hens will eat anything. They even caught and ate a poor little frog. (yes, yes I do feed my birds even if they do stick their noses up at the stuff).
