Banding a Nigerian dwarf goat

hello, I have a nine week old Nigerian dwarf goat that has been banded and then they realized he only had one ball drop.... the other has now dropped and is sitting above the band.. can we put another band on him above the top ball?

You should be able to. I haven’t had the experience with goats but with cows we did, or you could wait until it drops then reband.
