Bands too tight

I recently got four new chickens and they look exactly alike so I bought some bands but it looks like one of them was too tight and now her foot is swollen and inflamed and she’s definitely painful on it but I’m more concerned about this black mark on her leg I just need to know if this is a bruise or gangrene

I think it will be fine. I've occasionally had zip ties on legs too long but they always recovered. I usually used bandettes that would expand slightly but it was still important to size them properly. The zip ties were for when they were chicks too small for the adult bandettes.

Ok thank you I made a vet appointment tomorrow for her but if it looks better by tomorrow I’ll cancel it unless you guys think otherwise
