Bantam Ameraucana Chicks are they He's or She's???

I have four bantam ameraucana chicks and i want to know if they are boys or if they are girls. They are about 12 wks and they are pretty much full bearded.

If I had to guess, I'd say they are pullets, but take some pics in another 3 weeks.
